Connect B970/E970 router to PC via LAN cable and wait for computer to recognize it. Make sure router is not connected to internet

Launch DC-Unlocker client

Detect device by selecting Huawei modems from manufacturer's drop down menu list, then click magnifying glass button

Wait till program detects it

If you get "modem not found" error, check this procedure. Also make sure to wait before detection for device to check it's functions (Blinking icons on router's front side)

Note: Device can be detected only by certain IP addresses like 192.168.2.1, 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1 etc., make sure one that belongs to your router is not occupied

Open Server tab, enter your username and password that you received after credits purchase. Click "Check login". (you can buy credits here www.dc-unlocker.com/buy). If DC-Unlocker/Vygis/Rocker/Infinity dongle is connected, only click " Check login "

Open Unlocking tab, click “Unlock” button

Wait for device to be unlocked

After you seem message that modem was unlocked, restart device. Now you can use it with any other operator's sim card.
